Haile Gold Mine
Our Haile Gold Mine is located in Kershaw, South Carolina and it is the largest gold mine on the East Coast.
OceanaGold acquired Haile in 2015 and first gold was poured at site in January 2017. Commercial production commenced in October 2017. In 2023, the mine transitioned to both an open pit and underground operation and employs over 700 people.
